Yes, I am also trying The Bug Genie right now... as I finally have php 5.3. But I keep getting errors at various places. So far kind of frustrating. Not sure if it's just an issue with poor support for my shared hosting provider.

Now, even if this post outdated years ago found from my googling, I like to get someone review to same my time and looking for suitable product. Nothing interesting for me to try on based on your story but I dont know why I open the Bug Genie in new browser tab even you have no interesting review on it. It is Open Source PHP,, up to date, project management and agile. Seems simple but suitable for freelancer like me.

I Too have installed many of the aforementioned projects in the hopes that they would satisfy my needs.
Often they lacked a simply feature that restricted my use. Ultimatelly I started with Task Freak, spent 12 months going from program to program to settle back with Task Freak.

Now, I am having the same problem attempting to juggle crm, bug, task and wiki, so can understand the frustrations!

So ultimatelly.... You are not alone!!!
